This hotel was enjoyable base for exploring San Juan, loved it. The property was located very close to Old San Juan, the old Fort in San Juan.

We loved our executive king rooms and the staff was extremely friendly. Hotel was neat. Pool was great and beds were perfect. Unbeatable location of the property, with magnificent view. Besides, it was adjacent to - restaurants and Viejo San Juan.

Ideal location, freshly cooked breakfast, lovely romantic room. The pleasant staff were happy to help with all requests. The cafe was good and had a family atmosphere. The venue provided candy in the lobby.

The hotel was particularly helpful and in an extremely quiet location. Generally everything was superb, nevertheless the bathroom was leaking. Walking distance to the pristine beach. Also, I was 5 minutes by walk from a protected park.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were a bit rude.
